What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

Dear Sir, I am facing great problem in respiration as i am patient of asthma. In my blood test report - lymphocyte count is 5 whereas polymorph is 25 and other test is ok.It would b highly appriciated if u kindly advice me what to do. Best rgds, Ram Rajbhandari /Nepal

Hi & Welcome.
Your neutrophil count is increased (Neutrophilia)
Neutrophil are the primary white blood cells that respond to a bacterial infection, so the most common cause of neutrophilia is a bacterial infection, especially pyogenic infections. Other causes include fungal infection, inflammation, etc.
You need to consult a physician for proper clinical examination to rule out infection like pneumonia by certain lab tests such as chest x-ray, ESR, sputum for acid fast bacilli, etc.
